Then you have this choice at Walmart but it may have to be ordered for $164.99

Per Manufacturer specs, this AGM, H7 is 12.40 x 6.89 x 7.48 Inches. So, yes, it will fit the battery box on a JL/JT like the other H7's, I have listed on the 1st page of this thread.

If/when someone installs this battery in their JL/JT and fit is verified, as well as terminal size is aok, then I will add to the list.

I wonder why they say a 94R or H7 will not fit and do NOT have a battery listed that will fit

Take measurements of the current battery in your JL ... Now, compare those measurements to the manufacturer specs of a particular H7. That will give you piece of mind lets say, that your JL's battery box will accommodate an H7, which it will.

It's getting an H7 either way. It just makes me wonder when Amazon and Costco have the same battery but there is a $100 difference

If you switch to "Online and ship to you" on Costco's web site, the price goes up $50. I didn't follow thru the checkout process to see if they also add shipping charges to that which might bring it up to Amazon's Prime free-shipping price.

Question to put out there about saving all of your settings while changing out your battery.

I have seen people do some sketchy things to not lose all of the vehicles memory, radio etc.

I have also seen a 12v supply that was back-fed through the lighter outlet at low amps or possibly even a 1 amp battery tender?

Out of the H7 batteries listed in first post - what would you recommend? I've heard most have moved to offshore mfg, so not a lot of difference. I'm on year 3 of factory batteries and living on borrowed time. As winter approaches, I'm looking to replace now.

I own around 15 Odyssey batteries in different vehicles, High HP Harleys, High HP Diesel boat, even a small motorcycle sized one, model 680, in a 750 HP Big Block Boss Hoss motorcycle. These are, hands down, the best batteries out there (I have no connection to them BTW). I know from years of personal experience that these work great, crank harder, and last longer than any brand I've tried. When the factory batteries die in the Jeeps, it's Odysseys going back in.

I installed "Motomaster Eliminator" H7 battery on my JLU Sahara. It fit like stock after I removed the stay clip that was in there for the stock 600CCA battery. The new battery is 800CCA, and comes with a 5 year no questions asked replacement warranty if the battery is not holding charge as well as before.

Stop/start works consistently and I have about 11 stops on my daily school drop/pickup runs. My around-town fuel efficiency has jumped from 14.5mpg to 16mpg.

I sold my previous jeep but likely going with the same battery again. I had no issues for the time I had them on and I always had ESS ready to go even on coldest days.

I currently have the factory H7 in my JL and am about ready to replace it with Walmart's H7 AGM. Just curious if the factory thermal cover fits on the Walmart battery. Not that it is critical, but does anyone have experience with this?

Thank you. That's what I thought as well, but I read somewhere in this thread or perhaps another related one, that not all H7s have the same dimensions.
