That's inherent with the 2L turbo on cold starts. How's it once at temperature or idling? Couple things that can make a difference is better oil filters with a good drain back valve-stay away from cheaper brands, 5w30 restore protect synthetic oil-this is cause it a better formulation to handle...
Mine just arrived. Loving the build and design features of this coolant tank. The fluid level window quick check simplifies everything. 10/10 for Mishimoto.
Any Jeep that's comes in for service to us that has 2L turbo with any symptoms of drivetrain clatter and they specify they been on 87 octane fuels, we don't even question it and scrape the engine for a replacement.
This is valid, I have concerns how these builds would hold up on Jeep trails in Moab. Brings another term of no littering on trails :fingerscrossed::angry:

While modern production lines lean heavily on precision robotics, the "eyeballing" you see in some manual fabrication shops often relies on specialized, high level skills that robots can't easily replicate for custom or low volume work.
Even top-tier manufacturers like Ford and...
Had to post my thoughts after receiving and installing these Wrangler seat covers. Best secure, snug fitting, extremely durable fabric Jeep seat covers I have seen to date. Easy to install, complete 360 all round coverage. They feel like they will hold up for years. I can't see these ever...
Needs to be amended, its wrong. It'll work and run but not at it's best and not without accelerated wear. Unfortunately, they aren't looking out for your best interests.
and this is what all members repeatedly will continue to say and preach with 87 octane fuels, there's more to it. The 2ls will run thanks to the computer tuning but not optimally and with negative effects.
Any motor will run on 87 even performance/supercars. What your setting yourself up for is a failure down the line. Been work in engine machine shops since I was 15, scene some bad stuff and results with cheap fuels.
