I thought it would be interesting to see how many members actually take their JLU off-road.

Mine gets out and about often. It's mostly offroad as that's what I purchased it for.

It does run errands and it does take road trips but primary use is offroad.

I don't really fit into any of your categories. My wheeling isn't hardcore, but neither is it light. I spend most of my time on pavement, driving to and from work, but I go wheeling pretty much every weekend that I can go wheeling, so I don't consider it an occasional thing.

The "other" category. Many will likely fall into this group. :) Little bit of everything.

I used to wheel a bit more difficult trails more often. But my JL is now just too pretty and too expensive.

Mine isn't a JLU; it's a JL. It's a semi-daily driver (we also have a 2017 Renegade) that I won't hesitate to take off road, even onto difficult trails. Matter of fact, I just returned from Moab a week ago and I'm awaiting some "Badges of Honor" for Poison Spider, Fins n Things and Hell's Revenge. Went on a number of other trails that aren't BOH listed. It performed very well and I'm more than pleased.

I got a Wrangler because I wanted the off road capability and enjoy the great outdoors.

I have plans to start doing some 7-10 day overland/camping trips. I work 360 days per year, and that has to change. I’m 44 and 2 years from retirement!

Medium off-roading, i try to stay out of the ”hood deep” mud. Blazing new trails, discovering new fishing spots, Silver lake dunes are fun!

Not extreme hard-core but definitely more than just mudding. It's also my daily driver.
But I bought a jeep specifically because I wanted to go off-roading and I love the look and the culture. Can't imagine driving anything else now!!

Retiree with a 21 Corvette as my primary. Bought the Jeep as a utility vehicle. Still, I might look around for some fun dirt roads.

I hate cleaning up after mud. I like forest roads, but run the harder trails at Moab. Got my Poison Spider Mesa Badge this year.

Ran the Rubicon trail in 2020
