Liquid concrete should never be allowed to run into the street where it will permanently ruin people's expensive paint jobs, but hey that's Texas for ya!
Good luck washing that off anything plastic, ie fenders, bumpers, etc, etc.
You should consider hiring a lawyer and sue the city or contractor that did this...you are probably not the only one who's paint job was ruined.
Then use the lawsuit money to do a really cool wrap or custom re-paint.

Did the same thing on my old JKU, and I agree, something about concrete water looks so cool on Jeeps!

I didn't realize it was alkaline until someone told me a couple days later, but it did not noticeably damage the paint. So you're probably going to have to leave it on there for a while if you want to make the look permanent.

Not to give you more ideas, but did you know adding Coca-Cola slows the curing time?

If you have trouble getting it washed off, put a little vinegar in your wash water. The acidity of it will help take it off. I used to office a cement plant, it's one of those things you learn. Because it is acidic, you will want to wax a little more often than normal.

More often "than normal"??? I'd put money on how often "normal" is for @Tredsdert.
One time before, the wife and I took my parents in the Jeep, back when I still had the rear bench seat and all of my carpets, for a week-long trip down to some lake north of San Antonio. I had the Jeep detailed before we left. It was so shiny I almost didn't recognize it. There's probably a picture of it somewhere on here.

A lot has changed between then and now!

I know right, 170 bucks and it came out looking really nice too.

My wife was a little bit upset when we got back cuz the first thing I did after I dropped her and my parents off, was I went and got the thing covered in mud.
