It did pop. Just wound up out of socket in the process. No need to worry, as I have quite a fair bit of experience with resetting them.

Yup. I tried all the things without success. Fuses, relays, disconnect and reconnect connections, Tazer uninstall/reinstall, radio reset, battery disconnected overnight, replaced the blend door actuator, and nothing... So back to the service department she goes.
