There is a website hitchmount-rack.com , I ordered a rack from them in order to carry my canoe and or kayak , as I have a soft top as well. Its great !
I'll have to keep that website in mind. In this case, my rack is attached to the spare tire mount and not the hitch. Nice thing is, I don't have to take the rack off to open the tailgate.

Put the racks back on for ski/snowboards... also just liked the way it was looking sitting there! Lol

Swapped stock springs/shocks for Rubicon plus 3/4" spacer, latest updated trackbar, and Mopar lift LCAs.

Looks nice! I just got a set of Rubi take off wheels for my sports. Do I need spacer or a lift to fit 33in tires?

So as you open and close the back , it just slides in and out of the hitch ? It looks like it goes into it.

Had a busy Sunday. This is the wife's fault as she requested some side steps to help her get in. While those are still on backorder from ACE Engineering; I figured I could help some by dropping the rig down about 3/4" with the extra weight of a new bumper and some Maximus-3 toys from Rubitrux.

Very thoughtful of you to make that investment and lower the rig for your wife's benefit. ;)

You shouldn't unless you're going to go full flex (disconnect sway bar). I'm not 100% sure but I think they would rub. I never had any trouble with my casual 4-wheeling and on-road driving. Had them on for a year prior to the lift.

so the alpha HD carrier brings the spare in much tighter against the body of any of the plate systems.. I actually use the factory spare bumps and have the spare pulled in to the point it compresses the bump stop a little.. I was hoping it would solve sensors issue.. it didn’t but helped a lot
Could always raise it one notch too, but then you lose a bit more visibility. Pros and cons either way...

Thanks for confirming this!

I did the same to my Sahara, as you can see up above. Did you adjust the speedo at all for the slight difference in tire size? I had mine done at my local Jeep dealership and they said it didn't need to be done but I have heard varying opinions.

Not any off-road trails here. But have to do something fun. Too hot in Summer for much topless but I love the cold. Broke my record of Topless of 31 degrees. Windows down too. I did have to wear a Bigger coat this morning 21 degrees. Full Moon looking out the top.
Later in the day did 37 and sunny. Excuse fingertip. Hey, sf5211 I did my 20's !!
