Fantastic. Gonna order but says out of stock. Do I have to message them?
Yeah I'd just message them. I think they only posted one for stock because when they messaged me and told me to order using that listing, I saw it said only 1 left.

The guy that runs Baja customs said he’s been planning on making that 90 but just hasn’t had time lately. Which sucks cause I’d buy it immediately lol
Wouldn't even hesitate.

I just ordered their current silicone hose kit but I’d really like for them to offer the rest of our hoses in silicone. I called 3/25 requesting they make the tank. Maybe we should call about the hoses too. Can’t hurt.

Unless you’re really beating the shit out of your jeep off-road or racing it. I would personally advise people to stay away from silicone coolant hoses. Last platform I was on everyone was all about them until they discovered they are more porous causing fluid loss over time and they actually let the smell of coolant through. You’re obviously welcome to do as you please. But if it’s a daily I would stick with OEM rubber.

I think I am gonna give the Chinesium a try! Though my bottle etc is perfectly fine but thinking why wait for it to leak?
mine is a 2022! Did Jeep make any improvements?

Nope. The OEM plastic tank fails eventually on all of the 2.0s. Crazy cause it’s been an issue for almost 10 years and Jeep just ignores it

More part finds (added to my last one)

Some cool cooling parts not mentioned yet that I have saved to eventually possibly do.

This seller has aluminum tank with 90 degree bend.
I don't know how good it is, but some people on 2.0L JL FB group said they just used the elbow part and worked fine.

The above seller actually sells 90 degree bend and the T together. I personally would just use it for the 90 degrees and use Baja Customs one for the T and keep the T in the spare parts bin. I have not used the 90 degree elbow bend yet though.

I haven't used this Y hose either, but looks the same as stock oplastic one and some people have used it with success, again, according to ppl on 2.,0L JL FB group.

Aluminum T connection part. It's plastic normally, so another good potential failure point to replace.

I have 45k mi on mine right now, no leaks yet but I ordered the T and elbow connector from Amazon(just needed the elbow and will get the Baja design for the T connector) . Ordering the Mishimoto coolant tank. I am not going to wait for mine to leak.

I just ordered the elbow, going to assume at this point that the engineering on that will match up with the mishimoto tank. I know they built it to mate with their coolant tank, but we will see if it works with another tank.

I think I'm gonna order the Chinesium tank which has an L shaped lower connection since that will eliminate another weak point along with the T and the Y and the heater hose fitting

So I am in the process of replacing the weak parts which are bound to fail. My tank and heater hose T is on order but we came across this plastic joint also picture 1. My friend who takes care of all out vehicles and bikes had this brass fitting lying around so he swapped the plastic T with this. The plastic was brittle. Its almost the same size and fit easily.
